Practicing Self Care

The Oconee Cooperative Extension Office is hosting a series of 2 hour early childhood trainings this Fall.  Join them on December 9 for a session on Practicing Self-Care.  Caring for yourself is important for your health, and it is directly related to your ability to care for others. Class offered in person and via ZOOM.  Cost per session for in-person class is $10 without meal and $15 with a meal.  Cost for virtual class is $5.
